What is Hani?
Hani is an AI property assistant from Rehani. You describe the home you want, and Hani searches, shortlists and keeps looking for you. When you’re ready, it can negotiate within your range and help you make an offer.
How does Hani find properties?
Hani turns what you write into a search brief, then checks listings on Rehani and partner property portals. It keeps searching in the background and lets you know when new homes match.
Can I create multiple searches?
Yes. Each search agent has its own brief, for example a rental in Kilimani and an investment in Westlands, and Hani works on all of them.
Can Hani negotiate for me?
Negotiation is in early access. When it’s on for your account, Hani messages the listing agent for you, makes up to four offers and stops to ask you before going above your maximum.
Can I choose my negotiation range?
Yes. You set a target and a maximum for each home. Hani opens at your target and never tells the agent your maximum.
Can Hani make an offer?
On listings that accept offers, you can send a formal offer from the app. Offer letters are signed through SignWell where available. Hani never takes payments or deposits.
Is Hani available on Android?
Hani for Android is in early access and isn’t on Google Play yet. The iPhone app is coming soon.
What happens after I find a property?
Save it, ask the agent a question, book a viewing, let Hani negotiate the price, or make an offer. Your Rehani account works in the app and on the website.
